• By joining IVYS VIP Club you agree to the following membership terms & conditions and any accept any amendments that may be made from time to time.
• Deposit minimum $500 to become an VIP and Bonus rate will be applied accordingly.
• Total credit (Deposit amount + Bonus credits) can be used for your future orders.
• ONLY Direct Deposit as payment method is accepted in this program.
• IVYS will not accept any liability for any email, mail or mobile communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost, or not received.
• A IVYS VIP Club Member can enjoy the benefits associated with the relevant Membership in store, or online.
• IVYS VIP Club membership will be calculated on a per member basis.
• A IVYS VIP Club Member can enjoy the benefits is specific to a single business reference number. If a member holds multiple accounts, each account will operate independently for the purposes of reward calculation and redemption. To consolidate member accounts, please contact sales@ivys.com.au
• Members will be notified via their nominated email address once the VIP reward has been loaded onto the member's account.
• IVYS will notify VIP members of any reward entitlements via email. VIP Members must provide a valid email address and agree to be contacted by email to ensure that they receive email notifications regarding rewards and rewards expiry.
• Balance is held in the IVYS Sale system until redeemed or used.
• Top-up balance are not transferable, cannot be redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed on gift vouchers or postage.
• IVYS reserves the right to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed when using a VIP reward.
• Top up balance can be used in conjunction with another offer.
• Rewards are earned in AUD.
• If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product that has been recorded on a member account with a VIP reward, IVYS will process the return or exchange and update the member's account accordingly without bonus rates to reflect this.
• In its absolute discretion, IVYS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the IVYS Program at any time. IVYS Trading will endeavour to notify all members of changes yet will not be liable if it does not.

IVYS reserves the right to amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applied to a member retrospectively.
